We are now looking for a secure and driven Club Manager who wants to continue developing Endre IF within both grassroots and elite.

About the Association

Endre IF is a successful Gotland-based women's floorball club with activities in both grassroots and elite. With 350 active members, we have teams in all age groups from 7 years and up. Our A-team has been playing in the Swedish Super League for over 20 years, and we have the largest audience in Sweden at our home matches.

About the Position

The role of Club Manager is a varied position with great opportunities to influence and drive the association's development forward, aiming to be a modern and attractive club that attracts today's and tomorrow's players with a focus on satisfied members and partners.

To succeed in this position, a strong commitment and the ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner are necessary.

• Plan, lead, follow up, and develop the operations together with the club's employees, board, committees, and our volunteer members.

• Personnel responsibility

• Finance; budgeting, follow-ups, and ensuring the development of the association's revenues.

• Represent the association both internally and externally.

• Administrative tasks

About You

To succeed in the role of Club Manager, we believe you are business-minded and have experience in driving and leading both personnel and operations. You are confident in your role as a leader and are used to adapting your leadership style to different situations and contexts, as well as having strong communication skills. It is certainly a great advantage if you love floorball and are passionate about the sport. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite, are required, and you must have a B driver's license.
